Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 8 weeks with option to extend, as needed, will consider 3 and 6 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly
  • Combination of 8's, 10's, 12's (7:00a - 3:30p; 7:00a - 5:30p; 7:00a - 7:30p)
  • Must be available to work all shifts

Clinical Details:

• General, Orthopedics, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, Regional Blocks (Optional)
  • No Hearts, Transplants, OB
• Must be comfortable under Medical Supervision and operate independently
  • Physicians are there to assist but not direct
• No Call
• EMR: EPIC
• 13 OR's, 2 GI suites
• Support Staff: Anesthesiologist, CRNAs
• Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

• Vaccination Requirement
• Board Certified
• Active HI License
• Emergency privileges available with clean background and license in hand
