Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide advanced care to patients in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Manage acute and critical illness under established protocols and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Participate in daily rounds and communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff
- Monitor and manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical policies
