The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides independent MAC anesthesia for adult and geriatric patients undergoing endoscopy procedures in a fast-paced outpatient center. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, post-anesthesia care, and compliance with regulatory standards using EPIC EMR. The role offers stable weekday hours without on-call duties and requires an active CRNA license with anesthesia experience in outpatient settings.
Assignment Duration: Feb 2026 Summer 2026
Schedule: Weekdays only No call Stable, predictable hours
Setting: Dedicated Endoscopy Center
Provide independent MAC anesthesia for all endoscopy procedures
Manage cases per day in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
Deliver intra-procedure monitoring and safe sedation practices
Coordinate with physicians and Endo Center support staff
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
Ensure post-anesthesia care and safe patient recovery
Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Experience providing anesthesia autonomously
Comfort with MAC in endoscopic environments
Ability to manage moderate to high daily caseload
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Prior outpatient endoscopy experience preferred (but not mandatory)
