Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced OB/LDRP Registered Nurse Traveler to join our team. The role is essential in supporting patient care needs in a unit with a mix of experienced and new graduate RNs. The unit has a high volume of deliveries, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for specialized OB experience.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced clinical knowledge in the management of high-risk obstetric cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support the orientation and education of new staff and nursing students.
- Preferred: 3+ years of OB experience. Candidates with less than 3 years may be considered if they have prior travel experience or have worked in a specialized OB setting.
- BLS certification required.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification required.
- Nursys License/Certificate Verification for onboard.
