RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Multiple shifts available with start times varying from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: 6 weekend days worked per 6 weeks
• On-call requirement: 2 on-call shifts per 6 weeks for emergencies or extra shifts as needed
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:4-5
• Full-time position with immediate start
• Floating may be requested but unlikely due to census
• Most recent Emergency Department experience in Level 1, 2, or 3 Trauma within 1 year required
• Treat diverse patient population including clinic-type patients to strokes, STEMIs, Level I traumas, post-surgical complications, pregnancy complications, pediatrics, behavioral health, and all emergency department conditions
• Required certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), and TNCC certification
• New Mexico RN license or compact license required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of related nursing specialty experience preferred
• Must attend New Nurses Orientation within first 30 days of hire
• Complete Emergency Department-specific competency validation and annual competency verification requirements
