Job Details:

Start Date:
- ASAP - January 1, 2025
Coverage Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Patient Volume:
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 35 patients per day
- OR Volume: Variable, depending on case load (10-15 cases)
Support Staff:
- Clinic equipped with a bladder scanner, Urodynamics, and UA
- Dedicated support staff: 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) and 1 Receptionist
EMR:
- Cerner
Onsite Facilities:
- Lab onsite
- X-ray onsite

Submission Requirements:

Rates:
- Hourly/Daily rates must be submitted at the time of name clear (No exceptions)
Certification:
- BC/BE Urology
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Administrative Details:
- Utilization of Kronos for clocking in/out (No paper timesheets)
- No reimbursement for Med Staff Fees
- No lodging booked through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Kayak)
- McLaren is tax-exempt, and lodging taxes will not be reimbursed
- Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Background Check:
- Clean background required for quick privileging
Licensing:
- MI License in hand required at the time of clear
COVID Vaccine:
- Required

Certification and Licensing Requirements:

BLS Certification
Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology
Active Michigan State License
