We are adding an APRN / PA-C to our outpatient vascular practice in Fort Myers, FL. This position will assume clinical responsibility for tasks performed within their scope of practice, which will include taking patient's history, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, establishing diagnosis and providing care and management for Vascular surgery patients.

You will be expected to take part in office-based patient evaluations, follow-ups and coordinate care with various other entities (i.e. home health, wound care centers, imaging centers, medical equipment suppliers, etc.). Expected to perform in-hospital evaluations to include initial consultations, follow-ups, rounding, and discharging. May also be involved with office-based procedures, such as venous cases and sclerotherapy. May be involved with direct patient monitoring during and post-op from office-based procedures requiring conscious sedation.

This is a Full-time opportunity. We are open 5 days a week, no weekends or holidays. We have multiple locations in the Fort Myers area, and you will have shifts at our Cape Coral location, as well. Base salary range is $130K to $150 annually, based on job experience, education, licensure, job skills and job fit.
