Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Nurse for our 32-bed Telemetry Unit. The nurse will manage patients with cardiopulmonary diagnoses, including CHF, chest pain, and post-cardiac catheterization. This role requires both critical care and telemetry experience, along with the ability to titrate drips.
Responsibilities- Monitor telemetry as well as vital signs, responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Titrate IV drips including Nitro, Amiodarone, Lasix, Heparin, and Dopamine.
- Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Will be expected to float to Med-Surg units or the Emergency Department as needed.
- Active RN license required.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS is mandatory.
- Must have Med-Surg and Telemetry experience, critical drips experience is required; chemo experience preferred.
- Travel nursing experience is required.
