Board-certified or board-eligible hospitalist physician providing daytime inpatient care for adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting. Works within a collaborative team environment offering 24/7 emergency and critical care support, with responsibilities including patient admissions, rounds, and optional procedures. Direct employment by Hospital (501 C3 organization, available for PSLF)
BC/BE Hospitalist position with daytime rotation (Wednesday - Tuesday, 7 days on / 7 days off)
Current team: 10 daytime Hospitalists and 2 Nocturnists, comprising Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians
Patient census per day is split evenly among Hospitalists
Serving adult and geriatric population, excluding pediatrics
24/7 Emergency Room Physician support for codes and Open ICU with excellent critical care
support
Optional procedures, with no vent management required
Morning 'admissionist' for uninterrupted rounds and a Surge Plan with compensation
visa candidates eligible
Strong relationship with nursing and case management teams

Upcoming transition to EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Teaching opportunities available with in-house residency programs
Schedule:
• Wednesday - Tuesday, 7 days on / 7 days off
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: 350k base neg. Plus wRVU structure
