Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local - Physical Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week. Weekend rotations
Length: 16-26 weeks
Requirements:
- VT License
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Prior travel required
- Has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs
- BLS
- At least 2 previous travel assignments preferred
Other Details:
- This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day
