Job Details:

Envision Physician Services is seeking a visionary Site Medical Director to lead clinical care at CommUnityCare and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community health. Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locations

• Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's mission

• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPs

• Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives

• Serve as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs

Position Profile:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine

• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

• Annual patient volume: 22,000

• Average daily visits: 60

• Double coverage model

• Shifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pm

• EPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation
