Employed faculty role with sign‑on, medical debt assistance and residency stipend. BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon, full‑time faculty position in Central Texas (90 min from Dallas). Schedule Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 8–12 + 4 hrs admin; call up to 7 days/month. Permanent position; ~20–25 patients/day; ~90% outpatient surgery, 10% inpatient. Compensation: base + wRVU incentive, sign‑on, relocation, CME, malpractice paid, health & retirement. - Must be BC/BE in Orthopedics - Active Texas medical license (or eligible) - Experience with outpatient orthopedic surgery - Ability to work faculty schedule and take occasional call - Eligible to receive malpractice coverage
