Our client, a manufacturing industry leader in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Press Operator Trainee. Job Title: Press Operator Trainee

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7:00pm to 3:30pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Train under experienced press operators to learn setup, operation, and monitoring of printing press equipment
• Accurately measure materials using basic tools such as rulers and tape measures
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments
• Assist with quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
• Comfort with basic math and measurements
• Ability to read and accurately use a ruler
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude
