About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate leader to serve as Director of Operations for our dynamic restaurant group in Denver, Colorado. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and shaping the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations with a hands-on approach
- Develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction, profitability, and cost control
- Drive labor efficiency while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with marketing and restaurant teams to enhance brand presence and growth
- Innovate with menu development and introduce concepts to stay ahead of trends
- Lead talent recruitment, training, and development
- Build strategic partnerships and community relationships to enhance brand impact
- Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Proven success in multi-location operations and driving profitability
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
