Position Overview
HumanEdge is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department RN to support a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves providing emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Facility & Unit Details
Responsibilities
Perform rapid triage and initial patient assessment
Administer medications and IV therapies
Implement stroke and sepsis protocols
Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff
Provide patient and family education
Document care accurately and efficiently
Requirements
Active TN or Compact RN License – Required
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) – Required
Minimum 1 year of recent ED RN experience – Required
Experience in triage and emergency protocols – Required
Strong IV and medication administration skills
Free-standing ED experience preferred but not required
