Our job summary

A Medical Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join their outpatient Primary Care team with flexible scheduling and no inpatient or call duties. The position offers a competitive base salary with performance incentives, signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans. The role involves seeing up to 72 patients per week using Epic EMR and Dax AI, with opportunities for loan repayment and a high quality-of-life environment in Southern Oregon.

Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care teams in Medford, Oregon & surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to join an amazing team of physicians, advance practice providers, and an excellent support staff. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.

Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days
72 patient per week via clinical encounters (new grads will slowly build up to this)

Year 1 Base salary of $285,900K
Year 2 & beyond Annual performance incentives
Primary Care production plan
$60,000 signing bonus
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
240 hours authorized time off

Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment
