Haul Truck Driver

Union wage $25.40/hr plus medical, dental, vision, pension and paid union leave. Haul Truck Driver, full-time, varied shifts with overtime, on-site at aggregates/quarry locations in North America; permanent role. Pre/post-trip inspections, transport materials, record maintenance, follow safety protocols. - Valid heavy equipment or CDL/appropriate license (as required) - Proven heavy machinery operation experience - Able to work in extreme weather and noisy environments - Pass post-offer physical, drug/alcohol screen and background check - FMCSA testing compliance if applicable

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul truck to transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance.
• May have involvement with truck repairs.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
   

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
