The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks including plumbing, electrical fixture replacement, painting, and safety protocol implementation within a senior living community. They respond to maintenance requests, prepare apartments for new residents, ensure proper supply storage, and assist with event setup. Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
Salary range: USD $20.75 - USD $23.75 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
$20.75-$23.75/hour

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
