RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Travel assignment providing backfill coverage
• Patient ratios: 1 RN to 2 patients (may increase during overflow situations)
• Must have experience with neuro and trauma patients
• Neuro certification preferred
• Work with Lenet beds and GE monitors
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform typical ICU procedures including rapid intubation, chest tubes, and EVD
• Must be flexible and willing to change assignments mid-shift to accommodate patient acuity
• 30-bed ICU unit with 57 total staff members
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse with RN-to-patient ratios of 2-3 patients per nurse
