This role requires a valid Kansas PMHNP license and involves working primarily Monday through Friday with on-call and weekend shift options. The practitioner ensures compliance with regulatory standards and collaborates closely with internal staff and external providers to support patient recovery and legal case reviews when necessary.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position is $135,000 - $151,250 per year based on experience

Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- 4-8 patients per day on average
- On Call (By Phone Only)
- Weekend Shifts available as well
- Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
- Working with patients ages 18+ in a 24/7 Treatment & Recovery facility (16 beds)
- Completes initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluations
- Documents care, including admissions, progress notes, and discharges
- Prescribes medications and oversees patient education and consent
- Coordinates care with internal teams and external providers
- Reviews legal cases for involuntary treatment as needed
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation per TRC and regulatory standards
- Maintains reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Kansas
- Crisis & Treatment experience highly preferred
- DEA license
