Position Overview
Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas is seeking a CRNA for ongoing locums coverage. This role offers a predictable 7-on / 7-off model with a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts during your active week. The clinical scope covers both OR and OB cases with a steady daily volume.

Schedule & Structure
• 7-on / 7-off block schedule
• 4 5 shifts per active week (mix of 8s, 10s, 12s)
• Optional call
• Callback paid at 1.5 hourly rate
• Orientation provided on arrival

Clinical Scope
• General anesthesia
• OB (epidurals, C-sections)
• Regional, spinal, epidural
• MAC and procedural sedation
• Bread-and-butter surgical mix
• Support: anesthesiologists, surgeons, APPs, anesthesia techs
• EMR: Epic

Travel & Housing (CRNA-Clarity)
Housing is provided directly by Hays Medical Center in furnished apartments located next to the facility.
Travel and mileage are covered.
Because housing is provided, there are no stipends or reimbursements for booking your own accommodations.

Requirements
• Active Kansas CRNA license (IMLC accepted)
• BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)
• Board-certified or board-eligible CRNA

Credentialing
• Typical timeframe: days

Compensation
• Target range: $280 $300/hr
• Callback paid at 1.5 hourly rate
