Locum CRNA, 10-hour shifts, West Virginia hospital, pediatric-heavy (9 months–19 yrs), on-call 1:11 (home call), contract locum assignment; benefits include health/vision/dental and 401(k). - CRNA license/credentials valid in WV - PALS, ACLS, BLS current - Experience with pediatric anesthesia and ENT/ortho/general/dental/ENT/gyn/urology cases - Ability to take home call and work weekends (9–10 calls/yr) - Active malpractice eligibility or insurable
