Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a newly developed EmPATH Unit, working alongside an experienced behavioral health team while maintaining a predictable schedule and strong clinical support.
Practice Details
- Serve as a core provider in a newly established EmPATH Unit focused on patient-centered psychiatric care
- Work collaboratively with psychiatric NPs and multidisciplinary mental health professionals
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
- Care for a diverse patient population with access to 24/7 multidisciplinary support
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- One weekend per month
- Consistent, predictable schedule designed to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $120,000 to $170,000, based on experience
- Negotiable signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options
- Paid malpractice coverage with tail, retirement plan, and CME allowance
Candidate Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited PMHNP program
- National certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility in process
