Clinic hours Mon–Thu 8 AM–5 PM, Fri 8 AM–12 PM (flexible/evening/weekend options). Call coverage ~10 days/month (triage only); shared newborn/C-section call (1:3 or better). Permanent role, outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient duties. Competitive base + wRVU productivity bonuses. - Valid MD/DO with pediatric board certification or eligibility
- Active state medical license or ability to obtain (J-1 visa candidates OK)
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics; newborn/C-section triage experience preferred
- Comfortable with call responsibilities and productivity-based compensation

Medical Center is seeking full-time Pediatrician to join our hospital-affiliated outpatient practice
- Clinic hours: Monday?Thursday, 8 AM?5 PM | Friday, 8 AM?12 PM (Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)
- Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)
- Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities
- Shared call (1:3 or better) ? primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
- No inpatient rounding ? no dedicated pediatric unit
- Patient volume: ~25 per day
