Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician:
Provide Comprehensive Care Serve a diverse patient population with both acute and chronic conditions.

Qualifications:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut Medical License Unrestricted licensure required
Experience Preferred 2+ years of outpatient practice (not required)
Comfortable with EMRs Athena EMR experience is a plus
Strong Communication Skills Team-oriented and patient-focused
