This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

• 0.72 per mile
• Load pay: $115 per load
• Detention pay: $15 an hour detention after 2 hours per hour
• Holiday pay: $140 per day
• $50 per multi-stop
• $300 per day for outsourcing work on other accounts.
• $189.28/day if no work for driver is available.

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $83,000
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
