Neonatology opening - Henderson, NV Location: Henderson, NV - Greater Las Vegas areaPermanent, full-time position Overview: Flexible 24-hour shift scheduling (6-8 shifts per month) Rotating weekends required Inpatient only, no outpatient clinic coverage Clinical Details: Level II and Level III NICU coverage across two campuses 26-bed Level III NICU at Siena Campus (avg. census 22) and 6-bed Level II NICU at San Martin Campus (avg. census 3) Advanced neonatal care including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) Support Staff: Skilled NICU nursing team, pediatric subspecialists, OB hospitalists, and MFM support Responsibilities: High-acuity NICU coverage, delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitation, teaching fellows/residents, participation in QI projects Team Environment: Collaborative, mission-driven group Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of training) Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA required before start Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred No visa sponsorship Available Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescriptions) Life, disability, and voluntary Aflac coverages Tuition reimbursement and CME support 401(k) with company match and employee stock purchase plan Pre-tax HSA/FSA options Paid parental leave, paid sick leave, EAP, fertility benefits Identity protection services Malpractice provided
