The Maintenance Lubrication Technician coordinates and schedules various maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. They manage parts ordering, inventory, and maintain records related to plant supplies and equipment while ensuring safety compliance. The role requires technical knowledge, organizational skills, and familiarity with manufacturing operations, particularly in corrugated packaging.

Summary (Scope of the Job)
Under general supervision, coordinates and schedules activities in the maintenance area, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, and maintenance planning.
II. Major Responsibilities
Input data from PM’s and re-issue PM’s. Order parts and supplies for the plant and office by finding the EOQ and present competitive prices. Maintain plant supply inventory. Get competitive pricing on all orders. Maintain records on purchases, past and present, including purchase order input/receiving records in the Coupa system. Maintain records on forklifts, clamp trucks, past and present. Special projects Keep work area neat and orderly. Performs all duties in a safe manner, while wearing all required PPE and immediately reports any safety concern to management. Attends all safety training supplied by the employer.
III. Background Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or technical/advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly organized individual, self-directed with strong written/verbal/email skills – highly skilled in Microsoft platform along with ability to read/utilize blueprints, specifications and CAD files
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing operations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to calculate percentages.
- Strong knowledge of corrugator operations and supporting systems.
- Ability to read a tape measure within 1/16th of an inch.
