Requirements & Must-Haves
- Minimum 8 years of culinary leadership in high-volume, upscale scratch-kitchen environments
- Proven success managing ordering, labor, scheduling, and back-of-house operations
- Experience in multi-unit or multi-concept restaurant groups with systems and structure
- Strong tenure and demonstrated stability in previous leadership roles
- Hands-on technical expertise in pastry, desserts, and bread at scale
- Confident, professional communicator with thick skin and a high level of accountability
- Leaders who take ownership, uphold standards, and raise the bar
- Strong grasp of food safety, sanitation, and health inspection standards
- Skilled at training and developing teams with clear communication and accountability
- Comfortable working with an involved ownership team that values structure and performance
Preferred Background & Skills
- Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
