Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Emergency Department position requiring an active OK or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ED experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a hospital Emergency Department setting
- Provides care to ED patients with a variety of acute and urgent conditions
- Variable shifts as assigned by the facility
- 13-week assignment duration
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but these days must be made up during the assignment
- Blocked scheduling may be available based on facility needs
- Local candidates within 50 miles may receive a different pay structure and are restricted to three consecutive 13-week contracts at the facility
Requirements
- Active OK or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Emergency Department nursing required
- Must have all required certifications with no expirations within the first 30 days of assignment, unless renewal is confirmed
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
- No employment gaps greater than 90 days in the past 12 months
