Our job summary

The Family Practice physician position focuses on primary care without obstetrics, offering traditional and E365 membership-based services that emphasize timely patient communication and smaller panel sizes. The role excludes hospital rounds and the direct personal contact typical of concierge medicine but includes insurance billing and efficient patient appointments. The practice operates within a well-established multi-specialty group affiliated with a top-rated hospital system in a desirable desert location offering extensive benefits and community amenities.

We have three levels of primary care traditional primary care, E365 primary care, and concierge primary care. We dont have any openings in concierge primary care at this time. We do have E365 openings (and traditional primary care). E365 is a membership practice, with members paying about $700 per year to join depending on age. We do bill insurance for medical services provided. These doctors dont see patients in the hospital or give patients their cell phone numbers, like concierge physicians do. They do respond to secure portal communication with their patients within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays), and patients are assured of 1 hour new and half hour follow up appointments. We keep their panel sizes smaller.
