Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
- Perform suturing, wound care, and incision and draining procedures
- Apply splints and conduct x-rays and EKGs
- Draw blood and manage pediatric cases
- Work independently without nurse support
Additional Information
- Must be residency trained and ABMS or AOB certified in Family Medicine or Urgent Care (no other boards accepted)
- Proof of 50 relevant patient encounters in the past 12 months required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA only); ACLS and PALS preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
