Description About the Role The Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC) provides outpatient counseling services within an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). This role supports individuals recovering from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through structured counseling and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
