About the POSITION:

FNP needed for an FQHC in Salem, MO

The clinic is open Mon - Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm

In the process of building a brand-new building in the hopes of opening that in Fall of 2025

Will see 20-25 pats a day right now, and that will drop to 18-20 per day.

• Annual Exams: Routine check-ups are essential to monitor and maintain your health. These regular visits allow healthcare providers to detect potential issues early, offer timely advice, and ensure you stay on track with your wellness goals.
• Medication and Chronic Disease Management: Personalized plans to manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and more.
• Vaccinations: Immunizations to protect you and your family.
• Lab Services: On-site laboratory for quick and accurate diagnosis.
• Same Day and Walk-In Appointments: Convenient care for illness and injury when you need it most.
• Telehealth Services: Virtual appointments are available for certain healthcare needs.
• Referrals to Specialists: Availability of a network of trusted specialists when needed.

Will work with 1 MD and 1 other NP

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

160hrs of PTO time
