The RMC Plant Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plant machinery to ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining product quality. Duties include performing routine inspections, basic maintenance, troubleshooting operational issues, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding and variable environmental conditions.

What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet production targets
Record operational data and report any issues promptly
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
