- Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. -Potential incentives also available
- Benefits: A physician, either a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), may be eligible for a DANY award for the period October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028, to repay qualified educational debt or pay costs of establishing or joining a medical practice if certain requirements are met. These will be discussed directly with the health center.
