Position Highlights:- Join the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep, a nationally recognized leader in education, research, and clinical medicine.
- Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care for primarily adult patients (age 13 and older) across two state-of-the-art sleep labs.
- Engage in academic medicine through teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship of sleep fellows, residents, and medical students.
- Participate in research initiatives, with opportunities for clinical trials and scholarly contributions.
- Flexible clinical schedule with dedicated time for sleep study interpretation, outpatient care, and academic activities.
Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary based on AAMC Midwest Academic benchmarks:
- Assistant Professor: $326,500
- Associate Professor: $341,000
- Professor: $353,000
- Quarterly clinical variable bonus structure.
- $10,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance offered.
- CME allowance of $4,000 annually.
- Retirement contributions of 8.5% from UCPC, with participation in the State of Ohio retirement plan (no Social Security contribution required).
Qualifications:- Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine.
- Pulmonary-trained candidates preferred; other backgrounds (internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, etc.) considered.
- Passion for academic medicine, education, and team-based care!
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
