The flexible practice model is designed to support rural healthcare while offering work-life balance and professional fulfillment. We deliver about 30 babies per month and are committed to maintaining strong OB services for our growing community of 50,000 people. To ensure long-term sustainability and physician well-being, we re introducing a shared OB practice model with a one-in-four call rotation. How This Model Works: Call & Clinic Rotation: Each physician takes 7 days of call every four weeks, covering L&D, OB clinic, and patient management during business hours that week. Work-Life Balance: Outside of the designated OB call week, physicians have the flexibility to customize their GYN practice, take time off, or adjust their workload, part-time or full-time (or no time) GYN and women's health services. Collaborative & Supportive Team: This model ensures that patient care remains seamless while allowing physicians to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Market conditions make earning potential very high on GYN surgery and women s health clinic, with hospital providing an income guarantee for the two years of establishing GYN practice.
