What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for women with a variety of obstetrical and gynecological conditions.
- Provide prenatal care, including routine checkups, counseling, and delivery management.
- Manage routine gynecological care, including contraception counseling, pap smears, and menstrual irregularities.
- Perform minor in-office procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Cerner electronic medical record system.
Who You Are:
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current and active license to practice medicine in Massachusetts (MA only).
- Strong clinical skills and experience in managing a wide range of obstetrical and gynecological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in Cerner electronic medical record system.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to cover occasional 24-hour shifts and overnight shifts (5 PM - 7 AM) when possible.
