Facility: A FQHC facility with 7 locations and over 450 employees
Opportunity: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to provide outpatient coverage immediately at FQHC. Open to full-time or part-time providers. Busy practice open 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Start Date/Duration: ASAP; ongoing
Clinic Hours: Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-11:30pm, Friday 8:30am-8pm, Saturday 10am-11:30pm
Day and swing shifts available. Weekdays and weekends
Onsite coverage
Flexible hours
50% walk-ins
Compensation: $80-$90/hour based on experience with weekly pay and malpractice
