We are seeking a Locum Tenens OB/GYN Physician in Utah.

• Shift: 24-hour call (7 AM - 7 AM)

• End Date: Ongoing

• Patient Population: Adult, Adolescent, Geriatric

• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic (Trauma Level III)

• Responsibilities: General OB/GYN duties, concurrent call coverage at two facilities

• Required Procedures: General OB/GYN procedures

• EMR System: Epic

• Support Staff: RN

• Days Per Month: Minimum of 7 shifts required

• On-Call/Weekends: Yes, 24-hour call with 4 gratis hours

• Board Certification in OB/GYN - Required (or Truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion)

• Active Utah License - Highly Preferred

• Active BLS, PALS, & Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) - Required

• Active DEA - Required (must maintain for the duration of assignment)

• Availability for a Minimum of 7 Shifts per Month - Required

• Willingness to Cover Two Locations Concurrently - Required

• EMR Training Compliance - Required
