· Number of Beds : 6

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 Nurse Tech

· Type of equipment : Arctic Sun, Continuous EEG

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 36 hours a week every other weekend

· Floating policy: Floats to ICU overflow unit

· Patient Experience requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS

Must have: ICU experience Advanced skills needed: Strong critical thinking skills and communication skills Procedures performed on unit: Central line placements, Art line placements, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, intubation, Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS
