This is a wonderful opportunity to join an experienced 3-provider team in a highly-respected outpatient-only community health center that is part of a dynamic 10-site FQHC network and hospital health system serving tens of thousands of residents across the region. This established nonprofit practice is fully equipped with an on-site lab, digital radiology and bone density, and physical therapy services.
You will provide primary care to patients of all ages, and see some walk-in / urgent care patients as well (more frequent during ski season). Join an innovative healthcare system that is patient-centered, and emphasizes quality, access and affordability for all!
