- OB optional - prenatal care only (no deliveries)
- 4-day work week
- Competitive base salary of $250,000 plus incentives
- 12-18 patients per day
- 6 weeks PTO annually + 6 paid holidays
- $5,000 annual CME stipend
- Employer-paid comprehensive benefits
- Annual 5% retention bonus
