About the Role
Support meaningful, individualized therapy for students ages 3 and up — helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and life. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll assist with treatment programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation to ensure student progress is tracked and celebrated. This role combines hands-on clinical support with compassionate connection and teamwork.

What You'll Do
Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations
Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions
Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments
Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision
Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team
What We're Looking For
Required:
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
