Patient Load: The Hospitalist will manage an average of 15 patients per shift. The facility has 23 beds dedicated to the department. Rounding on both assigned and unassigned patients is required. The Hospitalist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.
