The Warehouse Loader at Primo Brands is responsible for safely loading and unloading delivery trucks, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and maintaining inventory and warehouse standards. The role requires physical ability to lift heavy items, valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime as needed. This position supports the efficient distribution of Primo Brands' beverage products across a large retail network.

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.
Reporting Location: Bow, NH
Compensation: $20.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked (negotiable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Schedule: 3:00PM to 11:00PM Overtime may be required depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
Palletize products for loading
Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
Ensure inventory is properly maintained
Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
Willing to work overtime as needed
Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
