Location: near Milano, Texas We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assistant Director to join our dynamic team at a leading children's hospital in Texas. This state-of-the-art facility is a Level 4 Trauma Center featuring a dedicated emergency department, medical-surgical inpatient unit, and pediatric intensive care unit, catering to patients aged 17 and under. With 10 emergency department beds and an annual volume of approximately 29,000, you will be part of a team committed to providing exceptional care. Position Overview: Leading a team of PEM certified physicians, pediatric hospitalists, advanced practice clinicians, intensivists, and specialists. Ensuring comprehensive care with support from pediatric surgery, neurology, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, and pediatric radiology experts. Offering flexible work schedules with 8- and 12-hour shifts. Providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
