- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Ohio nursing jobs
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience
- Step Down or Telemetry experience highly preferred
- Current ACLS certification required
- Proficient in cardiac arrhythmia interpretation
- Expertise in chemotherapy administration and monitoring
- Advanced respiratory care skills (trachs, chest tubes, Airvo, CPAP/BiPAP)
- Experience with end-of-life care and hospice
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to identify and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks
- Deliver compassionate, expert nursing care to complex medical oncology patients
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments, ensuring patient safety
- Interpret cardiac arrhythmias and respond promptly to acute changes
- Provide advanced respiratory care, including trach and chest tube management
- Support patients and families through end-of-life and hospice care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
