We are currently seeking skilled Boiler Operators to join our team!

Compensation:

$27+ hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor multiple boiler systems using a variety of fuel sources in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers and related systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors
• Maintain pumps, piping systems, and valves to ensure proper operation
• Complete daily operational logs, including water testing and chemical treatment adjustments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs within scope
• Assist with electrical work ranging from low-voltage controls (24V DC) to 480V three-phase systems, including switches and VFDs
• Support general facility maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor team members on plant systems and operational procedures

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in boiler or powerhouse operations
• Working knowledge of welding, pipefitting, and use of power tools
• Comfortable working with and around industrial/process chemicals
• Strong understanding of boiler systems and plant operations
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
